Kelly’s dedication to health care spans over 30 years. She graduated from St. Mary’s College/Samuel Merritt College in California with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Upon graduation, Kelly joined the U.S. Army working as a Registered Nurse. Her first 3 years were in a Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (MASH) practicing in the hospital, field and combat environment.
She then attended the US Army Graduate Program in Nurse Anesthesia where she received a Master of Science in Nursing. Kelly was also credentialed as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
After leaving the Army, Kelly worked as a Staff Nurse Anesthetist at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle. Kelly is presently a Staff Nurse Anesthetist at Madigan Army Medical Center and is Adjunct Faculty for the US Army Graduate Program in Anesthesia Nursing.
Kelly has worked in various plastic surgery offices in and around the Seattle area for over 14 years and is the Chief Anesthetist at Schick Shadel Hospital. She is trained in injectables by the National Laser Institute. Kelly is credentialed by the National Board for Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists and holds Registered Nurse and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Washington.
